Starting Salary: £37108 - £40166 per annum + 37108 plus benefits To find out more about the job please click the ‘apply for job’ button to be taken to Imperial job site About the role The FoNS Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Faculty Office within the Faculty of Natural Sciences and serves as a key point of contact across the wider Faculty community. This varied position involves helping organise events, supporting Faculty committees, and managing various administrative tasks that assist colleagues. The post supports the FoNS Office, the Dean, and the Chief Faculty Operating Officer (CFOO), reporting directly to the Executive Assistant and working closely with staff across the Faculty and the College. What we are looking for • To assist, plan and deliver a wide range of Faculty events across the academic calendar.
