Job Title: Legal PA Location: Belfast (hybrid) Reports To: Two Senior Partners Overview A leading commercial law firm in Belfast is seeking a professional and highly organised Legal PA to provide dedicated support to two Senior Partners. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal support professional to join a fast-paced, high-performing environment where discretion, efficiency, and strong attention to detail are essential. Key Responsibilities Partner Support Provide comprehensive PA support to two Senior Partners, including extensive diary management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating all internal and external appointments. Manage inboxes, monitor correspondence, and ensure timely responses and follow-up actions. Prepare, edit, and format legal documents, correspondence, briefs, and presentations to a high standard. Organise travel, accommodation, and itineraries as required. Document & File Management Produce, amend, and proofread a variety of legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail. Ensure all documentation is filed correctly in accordance with firm procedures, including electronic file management and archiving. Operational & Administrative Support Coordinate meeting packs, agendas, and supporting materials for internal and client meetings. Assist with business development activities, including preparation of pitch documents, client presentations, and event coordination. Maintain confidentiality at all times and handle all tasks with professionalism and discretion. Skills & Experience Required Previous experience as a Legal PA or Legal Secretary, ideally within corporate, commercial, litigation, or similar practice areas. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) and legal document management systems. Proven ability to work proactively and independently while maintaining strong team collaboration. Professionalism, discretion, and a client-focused approach. Personal Attributes Confident, polished, and able to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. Detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills. Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional support.
