This role will focus purely on candidate generation, qualification and management within the white-collar construction market, working closely with experienced Recruitment Consultants across both Permanent and Contract desks. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Source and attract white-collar construction professionals including Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, Design Managers and Commercial staff., • Utilise job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and headhunting techniques to build strong candidate pipelines., • Conduct candidate qualification calls and interviews to assess suitability, experience and motivations., • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate candidate records and activity., • Support Recruitment Consultants with shortlisting and arranging interviews., • Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates across the South., • Formatting of CV's, • General admin roles; inputting of timesheets, data entry etc The ideal candidate will have/be: • Previous recruitment, sales, resourcing or customer-facing experience preferred (but not essential)., • Confident communicator with strong telephone manner., • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities., • Motivated, resilient and keen to develop within a target-driven environment., • An interest in the construction industry would be beneficial.
