Job Title: IFA Administrator Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications) Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm About the Role We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented IFA Administrator to join a dynamic and client-focused financial services team. You’ll play a key role in supporting advisers and paraplanners, managing a range of administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth running of investment, pension, and protection business processes. Key Responsibilities • Provide administrative support to financial advisers and paraplanners., • Process new business for investments, pensions, and protection products., • Prepare valuations, annual review documents, and client reports., • Maintain and update client records and systems accurately., • Communicate effectively with clients and providers via phone, email, and post., • Manage and log incoming cheques and policy documents., • Prepare files ahead of client meetings., • Conduct research into investment fund performance., • Obtain quotes and key features documents, and complete application forms. Experience and Skills • Previous experience within the financial advice or wealth management industry., • Strong knowledge of financial products, platforms, and services., • Experience with Wrap Platforms is highly advantageous., • Familiarity with systems such as Xplan and FE Analytics is desirable., • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Strong organisational ability and attention to detail., • Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines., • Demonstrates integrity, confidentiality, and strong teamwork.
