As a Behaviour Change Practitioner you will deliver CBT and DBT-informed one-to-one and group interventions across community, probation, prison, police and online settings. The Behaviour Change Practitioner will combine rapport, professional boundaries and accurate casework with multi-agency collaboration, supporting risk management, safeguarding, public safety and positive outcomes.
