The Method As part of the Engineering management team, you'll be encouraged and supported to foster new ideas and perspectives whilst driving change at pace. We promote a culture of continuous improvement whilst working on a changing approach to reliability centred maintenance in a highly automated manufacturing facility. You'll be responsible for completing planned and preventative maintenance, working across a range of equipment from bulk ingredient handling systems, through processing to packaging and site services. You'll work closely with the PPM Co-ordinator to plan maintenance during shutdowns ensuring relevant parts are available, work is allocated correctly and have a clear understanding of timescales to complete the required maintenance.
