Head Chef – Lina Stores – Clapham Common – £45.000 - £48.000 per year- OTE. We’re hiring a Head Chef for our restaurant in Clapham. • Must be an expert in Italian cuisine, • Proven experience leading busy kitchens, • Confident in managing teams, service, and food quality, • Passionate about fresh pasta and seasonal menus Immediate start available.

Your average day starts at 6am - an easy commute to West Dulwich is therefore imperative. You start the day baking focaccia, prepping sandwiches for both sites. Prep for lunch service (we make every thing fresh every day, small batches) and run service with a KP. You're out the door at 3pm! Occasional evenings for special events. You must have experience with focaccia and pizza. You must enjoy making simple recipes and following instructions. Our team is friendly and easy going but we our standards are high. You will work closely with the chef and have opportunities to be creative.
