Training will be provided where required. Key Responsibilities Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of the companys AS9100 and ISO9001-compliant QMS. Conduct internal audits to assess QMS effectiveness and highlight areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and update operational and quality procedures. Implement statistical process control techniques to monitor performance and drive improvements. Address non-conformances and lead corrective action initiatives. Provide training on quality principles and practices to colleagues across the business. Contribute to management reviews and recommend enhancements to QMS performance. Essential Criteria Bachelors degree in engineering or a similar scientific discipline. 1 years experience in Quality Management, ideally within an AS9100 or ISO9001-regulated environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience interpreting measurement data. Background in precision engineering. Highly organised, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
