You will be responsible for coordinating performance testing activities, acting as a single point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring seamless collaboration across various teams. What you'll do • Strong stakeholder management skills, including ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical and technical audiences., • Taking ownership of NFR, requirement analysis and finalisation and driving non-functional initiatives like Chaos testing, • Detailed results analysis including application monitoring, identify Performance bottlenecks and recommend/implement improvements or performance optimisation., • Mediate potential conflicts and foster solutions-oriented discussions with stakeholders., • Establish and maintain efficient and scalable performance testing automation framework., • Design, develop and maintain Performance Test scripts. Annual salary: up to £40,648.97 Gas Supervisor Location: Ilford Salary: Up to £40,648.97 per annum plus company vehicle and fuel card Contract Type: Full time - Permanent, 42.5hrs per week, Monday to Friday About the Role: We're looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Gas Supervisor to join our team in Ilford, delivering high-quality gas servicing, repairs, and installations across our clients' housing stock. Your role will be vital in ensuring that all gas appliances and systems are safe, compliant, and fit for continued use. To supervise and manage on a day to day basis the gas service program, repair works &/or breakdowns / Installations as required, you will be responsible for a team of Gas Operatives and Sub Contractors who will be carrying out a range of gas work to our clients housing stock to ensure that gas appliances and installations which are worked on are safe for continued use, to safeguard the service users, members of the public, client's personnel and Mears employees from any potential danger associated with gas. Key Responsibilities: To monitor and control the work & drive the Health & Safety culture within both the team assigned & the gas team. To monitor progress and completion of works from the Operatives and Subcontractors through the MCM system to achieve the KPI requirements of the Client. Assist your team to provide a comprehensive gas maintenance and installation service within domestic premises, the work must be carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations, standards and departmental procedures. The applicant must be gas qualified and hold current Domestic ACS certification or equivalent in the categories of work required and complete and to maintain all paperwork and electronic data records relevant to the work carried out to ensure completion of the job is confirmed and a comprehensive and accurate history is available for audit purposes, which includes quality, H&S issues and for invoicing purposes To work with other supervisors & other operational gas team members for the purpose of learning from each other to uplift the knowledge & skills of the team. To monitor engineers existing stock and the collection of materials as and when required to meet works orders, in accordance with standard operating procedures for purchasing and van stock control compliance To carry out informal and formal meetings and training sessions to ensure up to date business and job knowledge, communication, skills & progression are maintained. About the Role: The role is within Mears Task Team, who support branches across the UK. We offer Operation and Planning Resources to branches to assist with increase of workloads, as well as mobilisations of new contracts. The role is busy and organisation, attention to detail and excellent team work play a huge part of this role. As a Planner you will be working in a stable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community.
