Waste Managed - Compliance Officer Role Overview The Compliance Officer will play a critical role in ensuring the organisation operates in full compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, and internal requirements. This position is central to maintaining the company’s reputation, integrity, and operational effectiveness. The role will provide expert advice and support to the Board, Senior Leadership Team (SLT), and wider business on compliance, regulatory, and contractual matters. This is a dynamic client-facing role that requires excellent client relationship, communication and project management skills with the ability to distil tax concepts into easily understood information suitable for a wide array of stakeholders. Most of your work will be client facing, reporting to senior managers, directors and partners, and will require you to actively manage your client portfolio and manage project delivery, coordinating teams to deliver exceptional client service, in addition to supporting business development activities.
