About the role As a Communications Platform Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for executing, optimising, and analysing CRM campaigns to strengthen customer engagement. In this role, you will play a key part in driving tier-one KPIs and positioning the client as a leading digital ecosystem platform. Shifts: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours) Roles and Responsibilities: • Campaign Execution: Plan, create, and launch CRM campaigns across multiple channels—email, SMS, push notifications, content cards, in-app messages, and more—using platforms such as Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Apply a solid understanding of webhooks and audience segmentation to enable seamless integrations with third-party platforms for direct marketing and other use cases. Maintain awareness of organisational risks and threats., • Personalisation: Write and edit Liquid language scripts to deliver dynamic, scalable campaigns with connected content tailored to individual user needs., • Campaign Automation: Design and implement automated workflows and Canvas Journeys for customer segments, leveraging behavioural insights, lifecycle stages, and other criteria to ensure timely, relevant, and personalised delivery., • Data Management: Collaborate with the audience and data teams to define segmentation and personalisation requirements. Ensure data accuracy, proper tagging, and effective segmentation to optimise targeting and campaign performance, while supporting compliance standards., • A/B Testing & Optimisation: Manage campaign orchestration processes to support A/B testing of key elements such as subject lines, messaging, and timing. Use data insights to refine and optimise future campaigns for improved results., • Proofing and Testing: Conduct thorough testing and proofing before launch, ensuring analytics tracking is in place. Follow best practices for vanity URLs, GA parameters, and perform end-to-end testing to guarantee an optimal customer experience., • Reporting & Analytics: Monitor campaign performance metrics—including deliverability and KPIs—ensuring volume targets are met and identifying opportunities for improvement., • Documentation and Governance: Maintain comprehensive documentation, including change logs and version control, to ensure transparency and operational efficiency. The must haves: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience., • 2–4 years’ experience in CRM campaign management, email marketing, or digital marketing operations., • Hands-on experience with Braze, Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and multi-channel marketing tools (preferred)., • Familiarity with campaign automation, audience segmentation, and reporting tools., • Basic knowledge of Liquid for email template customisation (preferred)., • Understanding of email deliverability best practices and anti-spam regulations., • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance and drive improvements., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate across teams., • Proven project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities., • High attention to detail in campaign execution and data accuracy.
