The caseload is perfectly manageable for a GP first opinion vet to step into this sole charge role. You will be able to comfortably balance your morning consultations, perform routine surgeries during the day, catch up on admin and then round up with evening consults. You will also have the support of a highly experienced regional head vet for any clinical queries or concerns you may have. Kingston has a very bonded and respected client base, a large number of them have been returning since the 90's! Kingston is also supported by Stone Lion 24-hour hospital in Wimbledon, for more complex cases, or OOH care your patients may need. This 4-day week role (Wednesdays off) involves a 1:4 Saturday rotation between Kingston and Ham, and 1:10 Sundays at Stone Lion Hospital. You will be rota 'd to up to 2 bank holidays per year in Stone Lion, and there are NO on-call requirements.
