Duties: - Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including bartending, food production, and coffee service. - Manage and coordinate catering events, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction. - Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service. - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations. - Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer experience. - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. - Collaborate with the assistant manager to achieve business goals and objectives. - Coordinate with other departments within the hotel, such as banquets, to ensure seamless operations.
