Join a specialist care team supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, complex care needs, PBS and mental health needs in Milton Keynes. This permanent, full-time PAYE position offers 36–48 hours per week at £14.50 per hour, with an annual salary of £27,144–£36,192. You will support individuals who may display behaviours that challenge within high-support 3:1, 4:1 and 5:1 packages. The role requires a calm, compassionate approach and a commitment to promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing.
