Graduate Sales Development Representative Analyst (SDR) — Consultative Enterprise Sales Location: SW London (Hybrid) (travel to Surrey office as needed 2-3 days per week) Salary: £35,000 + uncapped commission (1st year OTE £50,000 – £70,000) Reports to: Head of Sales / Commercial Director Start date: ASAP (2024/2025/2026 Graduate) About the Company Our client is a fast-growing consultancy operating in the enterprise SaaS transformation space. They support organisations through large-scale platform change programmes and ongoing optimisation, working with well-known enterprise software ecosystems (HR, workflow and automation). The Opportunity This is an ideal entry point into consultative B2B sales for a commercially driven graduate who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and opening doors into target accounts. As a Graduate SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers—researching organisations, running multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn), qualifying interest, and booking meetings. You’ll learn how enterprise buying works, how to run structured discovery, and how to create pipeline in a high-growth environment, with a clear path to promotion into a closing role. Key Responsibilities • Building pipeline through outbound prospecting across target industries and accounts (calls, email, LinkedIn, events), • Researching companies and stakeholders: mapping decision-makers, priorities, initiatives and trigger events, • Writing tailored outreach that resonates with senior business and IT stakeholders, • Handling first conversations: qualifying needs, urgency, stakeholders and next steps, • Booking and confirming high-quality meetings for Account Executives / Sales Leads, • Managing inbound enquiries: fast response, qualification, and routing to the right person, • Maintaining accurate CRM records (activities, notes, stages, next actions, contact/account data), • Collaborating with Marketing on campaigns, lead lists and messaging improvements, • Tracking performance against activity and pipeline targets, learning what works and iterating Skills and Experience Required • Degree educated (any discipline — Business, Economics, Psychology, STEM, Geography, etc.), • Strong interest in a career in sales / commercial roles, ideally in a consultative B2B environment, • Confident communicator with a professional tone (written and verbal), • Resilient and comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection, • Organised and consistent — able to manage daily activity targets and follow-up, • Curious mindset: enjoys asking good questions and learning quickly Desirable (Not Essential) • Internship / placement / part-time experience in sales, customer success, consulting, recruitment, hospitality or other customer-facing work, • Interest in SaaS, business transformation, HR tech, workflow platforms or automation, • Familiarity with sales tools (Sales Navigator, HubSpot/Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, etc.) What’s on Offer • A structured graduate route into enterprise consultative sales, • Training and coaching from experienced sales leaders, • Clear progression path into Business Development / Account Executive roles, • Hybrid working from a London base (with some Surrey office time), • Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission How to Apply This position is aimed at 2024/2025/2026 graduates.
