Associate Director - Vertical Transportation (Client-Side) - to £74,000 + Package (+15% Bonus+12% Pension & Medical) Talent Motion is working on a unique opportunity in the market to source an Associate Director level Consultant Engineer in Vertical Transportation, to join an Engineering Services team within a leading global Property Consultancy. Working within a wider Engineering & Design Consultancy team of 50+ Engineers, comprised of Chartered engineers and experts across VT, MEP Design, Asset Engineering, BMS, Decarbonisation, Smart Building Engineering. A multi-faceted client base, including investors, developers, occupiers, architects, project managers, surveyors, and agents. Tailoring their expert advice and solutions to suit their clients’ needs and aim to enhance their operational strategy, promote their sustainability credentials, and add value to their assets. We are looking for an Associate Director level Vertical Transportation Consultant to undertake the following: • Provide technical support and expertise on Vertical Transportation systems, including lifts, escalators, incline lifts, moving walkways, platforms, cradles, and building management units, • Conduct Term Consultancy and Vertical Transportation Audits, Condition Surveys, Technical Reviews, Dilapidation Surveys, Technical Due Diligence, Life Cycle Costing, Compliance Assessments, • Building and maintaining a deep understanding of existing and target clients (predominately internal), • Contributing to resource planning and management discussions in own area, • Planning, prioritising and resourcing own work effectively to meet client needs and budgets, • Provide support in tender services, Vertical Transportation Design and Traffic Analysis, Project Management and Contract Administration, CDM Duties, Acceptance and Witness Testing In addition to a positive work environment, they offer an attractive benefits package, including an annual bonus of approximately 15% of salary.
