Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas, ensuring quality, taste, and presentation. - Handle dough-making, proofing, stretching, and topping application. - Operate and maintain pizza ovens efficiently. Ensure all ingredients are fresh and stored correctly. - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pizza preparation area. - Work efficiently under pressure, especially during peak hours. - Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times. - Assist in inventory management and stock control for pizza ingredients. - Collaborate with the kitchen team to improve recipes and food quality. Requirements: - Previous experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role is preferred. - Strong knowledge of different pizza styles, dough techniques, and toppings. - Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. - Excellent time management and multitasking skills. - Passion for food and attention to detail.
