Core focus areas: • Intelligent Inventory – predictive stock optimisation, • Better Buying – autonomous procurement Key Responsibilities • Design and deploy AI features (intelligent search, procurement agents, predictive maintenance)., • Build and integrate LLM-driven agents, RAG pipelines, and predictive models., • Collaborate with software engineers to embed AI securely into production., • Define AI standards, select tools, and shape the technical roadmap., • Opportunity to progress to CTO-level as the business scales. Key Requirements • 5+ years’ experience in AI/ML or software engineering, with production delivery., • Strong Python skills., • Hands-on with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or LangGraph., • Proficient in model deployment on cloud., • Background in industrial manufacturing or B2B software (preferred)., • Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and collaborative.
