Really good ones. Everything is made fresh. The dough, frostings, toppings & fillings are all made at our production kitchen. The product is then rolled, proved, frosted and finished at our residency site ready to serve our customers Were growing fast and were building a kitchen team were proud of. Thats where you come in. WHO YOU ARE You are a baker and a leader. Those two things, together, are non-negotiable. You understand dough, how it behaves, what throws it off, and how to get consistency at volume. Youve worked in professional kitchens under real pressure and you didnt buckle. You lead by example, not by instruction. When the shift gets hard, you get calmer. You also care about the people around you. You train properly, you delegate clearly, and you build a kitchen culture that makes people want to do their best work. Youre not here to maintain. Youre here to build. WHAT YOULL OWN Production & Quality You lead daily production across dough, frostings, fillings, and everything in between. Every unit that leaves this kitchen meets the Roll Boys standard - taste, appearance, consistency. You have the authority to pull product that isnt right, and the responsibility to use it. Nothing goes out the door that you wouldnt stand behind. The Team You are the standard the baking team works to. You train new bakers properly, brief the team every shift, and coach them when theyre off. You build a kitchen thats calm, focused, and proud of what it produces. That culture starts with you. Systems & Scale Were growing and we need to build the systems that let us do that without losing quality. SOPs, production schedules, prep day planning, freshness protocols - you help design them, document them, and hold the team to them. You work closely with the founder and senior team to improve flow, develop recipes, and plan for whats next. Operations & Compliance Stock management, ordering, waste control, kitchen opening and closing procedures - you own the infrastructure that keeps production running. HACCP, allergen procedures, EHO readiness and all food safety documentation are yours. The kitchen is always audit-ready because you run it that way, not because an inspection is coming. Events & Multi-Site You support production for events, collaborations, and high-volume days. You manage the courier process between the Production Kitchen and Residency site. When both sites need to be fed, youre the one making sure it happens.
