CAD Technician (Contract) Outside IR35 Engineering/Manufacturing Competitive day rate DoE Portsmouth Responsibilities will include: • Producing accurate 2D and 3D drawings and models using Autodesk software including Inventor, Vault and AutoCAD, • Daily CAD administration including management of Autodesk Vault, templates, libraries and standards, • Supporting automation and process improvement through CAD tools and scripting, • Conducting quality reviews of drawings and models to ensure compliance with internal and client requirements, • Working closely with engineers and cross-functional teams to support product development and productionization Qualifications and Experience: • Experience within a CAD/Design position, • Experience using Autodesk Inventor or similar software, • Experience of workshop or manufacturing environments would be advantageous, • Candidates must be able to obtain clearance and should have the right to work in the UK.
