About the role The Spare Parts & Logistics Specialist is responsible for managing tooling, spares, and warehousing activities to support Envision LTSA O&M operations. This role ensures compliance with regulations, accurate calibration of tools, and efficient administration of spare parts and logistics processes. The position requires close collaboration with site technicians, third-party warehouses, HQ, and freight forwarders to maintain smooth operations and business continuity. Job Responsibilities • Oversee and ensure all tooling is calibrated and compliant with current regulations., • Conduct regular inspections and initiate orders when necessary., • Act as the daily liaison between site technicians, invoicing for forwarders to the Ariba system and finance, third-party warehouses, HQ, and freight forwarders., • Monitor and manage spares inventory to ensure continuous stock availability., • Handle reordering processes and arrange transportation as required., • Support audits, inspections, and investigations relating to tooling and warehousing., • Upload invoices and track processing through completion., • Ensure compliance with logistics standards, import/export regulations, and industry best practices. What We’re Looking For Skills & Qualifications & Experience • Proven 1-2 years' experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management., • Strong understanding of import/export processes, audits, and compliance regulations., • Solid administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail., • Proficiency in SAP inventory systems, documentation, and reporting., • Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
