The Role We’re hiring an Account Manager into one of the7stars’ client teams, working across a mix of nationally recognised retail and consumer brands with very different operating models and media challenges. This is a genuinely varied planning role. One side of the role sits across a large retail-focused account with multiple locations across the UK, where the pace is fast, the volume of work is high, and campaigns need to be adapted regionally across different markets and audiences. The other side gives exposure to broader national brand activity, including larger-scale campaigns, partnerships and more culturally-led media work. The role would suit someone who enjoys balancing detail with strategic thinking. You’ll need to be comfortable managing lots of moving parts at once, coordinating activity across multiple channels and stakeholders, and keeping campaigns moving at pace. You’ll work across a genuinely full-channel media mix spanning digital, AV, audio, OOH, social, search, partnerships and print, giving broad exposure rather than being siloed into one discipline. The accounts are heavily collaborative and involve close work with channel specialists, digital planning teams, strategy, data and insights functions across the agency. This is a hands-on planning and account management role where organisation, responsiveness and confidence managing volume are just as important as strategic thinking. You’ll be trusted with real responsibility, client exposure and ownership from day one, while still having strong support around you from a large and experienced team. Like the wider the7stars business, the team operates with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility. It’s a good fit for someone who enjoys independent thinking, wants broad exposure across media, and prefers a less corporate environment than a traditional network agency.
