Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily courier bookings and delivery schedules Communicate with drivers and customers to ensure on-time service Track shipments and update delivery status in the system Handle customer enquiries and resolve delivery issues Maintain accurate records of orders and deliveries Ensure parcels are assigned to the appropriate drivers efficiently Requirements: Good communication and organisational skills Full UK Driving Licence required Basic computer knowledge (emails, Excel, tracking systems) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving attitude and attention to detail Preferred (but not required) Previous experience in logistics, courier, or warehouse roles Knowledge of UK routes and delivery operations What We Offer: Flexible working hours Supportive team environment On-the-job training
