Support Sales with quotation inputs including cycle times, capacity constraints, and lead times. Provide planning with realistic and efficient production schedules, ensuring strong communication and adherence to the plan within production teams. Chair daily Tier meetings with stakeholders to align priorities and surface risks (people, equipment, process). Monitor production yield and scrap levels, supporting quality and engineering in driving process improvements. Raise MCCs where production processes deviate from approved manufacturing instructions. Review performance against KPIs and implement improvement plans as required. Promote continuous improvement and adoption of lean manufacturing tools and techniques. Contribute to cross-functional decision-making as part of the operations leadership team. Carry out any reasonable ad-hoc duties requested by management.
