Requirements To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria: Qualification: A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (as a minimum). Experience: Previous experience supporting children with SEN (Autism/ADHD) is essential. Resilience: A thick skin and a calm demeanour when faced with challenging situations. Compliance: An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to process one) and two professional references.
