Personal Assistant – Private Client Team (Norwich) Location: NorwichPosition: Personal Assistant – Private Client We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to join a well-established Private Client team based in Norwich. This friendly and collaborative team is seeking a PA who can provide exceptional support to Fee Earners and Partners, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. About the Role As a key member of the team, you will play an important role in supporting legal specialists with a wide variety of administrative and organisational tasks. Your responsibilities will include: • Managing and maintaining documents to a high standard, • Transcribing and proof-reading letters, emails and legal correspondence, • Audio typing, • Scanning, paginating and photocopying materials, • Opening new files, completing ID checks and preparing client care letters We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, detail-focused and committed to delivering excellent support. Ideally, you will bring: • Strong document management skills, ideally with experience formatting legal documents, • Confidence in formatting, amending and numbering complex documents, • Excellent attention to detail, • Strong organisational and time-management skills, • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well within a team, • Fast, accurate typing skills, • A proactive approach and willingness to learn You will be joining a respected and long-established firm known for its commitment to quality and client service.
