The Opportunity You will join an established Employment team currently comprising a Partner, two Solicitors (including a Trainee), and a Secretary, with a strong foundation already in place. Your focus will be to: • Lead and develop the team, mentoring and supporting junior lawyers, • Work closely with the existing Partner to drive business development and expand the client base, • Play a key role in shaping the future direction and growth strategy of the department, • Strengthen the firm’s presence across the regional market This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys both people leadership and strategic growth, not just fee-earning.
