You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, planning and delivering appropriate care, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate treatment in line with NHS standards and best practice. Key Responsibilities • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised nursing care plans, • Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care in line with local and national policies, • Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes or deterioration, • Administer medications safely in accordance with NMC and organisational guidelines, • Carry out clinical procedures relevant to your assigned ward or service, • Promote patient dignity, safety, and wellbeing at all times, • Identify and escalate safeguarding concerns when required, • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams during care planning and reviews, • Registered General Nurse qualification (Adult Nursing), • Current NMC registration, • Newly qualified nurses are welcome to apply, • Previous experience in acute or community settings is desirable, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Blackpool offers a unique combination of coastal living, vibrant leisure options, and a strong sense of community.
