Job Title: Recruitment Administrator Location: Blackpool (Office-based) Reporting to: HR Manager Salary: 25000 per annum Working Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Part-time considered Contract: Permanent Join Our Growing HR Team! Were excited to be celebrating our second anniversary this year as a dedicated residential childcare provider and as we continue to grow were looking to welcome a Recruitment Administrator to our expanding HR team based in Blackpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised enthusiastic and looking to develop a career in recruitment or HR. While previous experience in HR or recruitment would be valuable its not essential were more interested in finding the right person with the right attitude. Main job duties: • Supporting the recruitment process from start to finish including advertising roles arranging interviews and communicating with candidates and managers., • Organising and participating in job fairs and other recruitment events to attract talent to the company., • Handling onboarding tasks such as requesting references applying for DBS checks checking right to work details and more., • Keeping recruitment trackers and HR records accurate and up to date., • Keeping all HR files and records up to date and secure dealing with confidential material with integrity and tact., • Assisting HR Manager with general administrative duties as needed., • Managing content for the companys social media platforms including posts about recruitment company events and general updates., • Dealing with all incoming calls both internal and external in a professional and friendly manner., • Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively., • A proactive approach and keen eye for detail., • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and other basic IT systems., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels., • A genuine interest in HR and recruitment., • Ability to work as part of a team in an office environment., • Generous annual leave 30 days plus 8 bank holidays., • Employee Support: Access to our Employee Assistance Programme., • Regular company events to connect and grow with your team., • Opportunities for professional development., • Free on-site parking.
