SAP Change Lead / SAP Change Manager 3-6 Month Contract £450 - £500 per day (Inside IR35) South East SystemsAccountants are working behalf of our client implementing SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud to source an experienced Change Manager with in-depth expertise in business process reengineering and optimisation in the context of SAP implementations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving SAP change management initiatives and ensuring smooth transitions to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. The Change Manager will be joining mid-way through the implementation during the cutover from current systems to the new SAP environment, focusing on ensuring effective end-user adoption and the successful embedding of SAP S/4HANA. Role Responsibilities • Lead the design and implementation of change management activities, managing stakeholder engagement, including business leaders, project managers and IT teams, • Develop and manage detailed change management plans, and monitor the progress of change management activities and report on their effectiveness., • Develop and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders and the wider business informed and engaged throughout the project go-live process and into business-as-usual operations. Ensure changes to processes are effectively documented and communicated to the effected teams and wider business., • Identify potential resistance to changes and develop strategies to mitigate these challenges, • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, • Working with the HR training team for the creation of appropriate training material, assisting in co-ordinating the delivery of end user training for the new systems and updated processes. Role Requirements • Proven experience in delivering change management strategies for SAP implementations, preferable SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, • Familiarity with established change management frameworks, • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines., • Experience leading change management initiatives in the manufacturing industry, • Demonstrated experience in business process reengineering and continuous improvement initiatives, • Ability to analyse complex business challenges and translate them into actionable solutions., • Must be eligible for SC Clearance SystemsAccountants are a leading Finance Systems and Finance Transformation resource partner, specialising in ERP, EPM, and BI recruitment.
