Mechanical (HVAC) Associate – To £85K + Package + Up to 15% Bonus You’ll enjoy full flexibility and autonomy, choosing the hours that suit you and how often you’d like to be in the office.You’ll also benefit from a clear route to Director, a comprehensive benefits package, and a yearly bonus, typically 10–15%, paid in December.Based in Farringdon, this MEP & Sustainability Consultancy has built a reputation for creating buildings that are both functional and comfortable, while minimising their impact on the planet.They take a holistic and integrated approach to Building Services, creating genuine synergy between Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health disciplines.From concept and feasibility through to handover and post-occupancy, they guide clients every step of the way to deliver spaces that perform, endure, and inspire.Due to growth, they’re now looking for a commercially aware Mechanical Associate (or strong Principal Engineer).A Mechanical Associate who still enjoys being hands-on but also knows how and when to delegate.From Grade II listed refurbishments to 5-star hotels, commercial offices, museums, data centres, and major regeneration projects, every project is defined by quality and collaboration.Working alongside the Founding Partner, you’ll lead projects from concept through construction — setting client briefs, producing designs, managing technical delivery, and ensuring smooth coordination across all disciplines.You’ll manage the mechanical team, review their IESVE and Revit models, and act as the single point of contact for clients on all projects.
