Vice President & Senior Vice President Roles | Wealth Services Leadership (Operations, Risk, Client & Control Functions) 📍 Manchester, UK (Hybrid – 4 days onsite) 💼 Full-time | Competitive salary + package About the Opportunity We are partnering with BNY Pershing’s Wealth Services Platform to hire Vice President (VP) and Senior Vice President (SVP) leaders across multiple high-impact areas. These opportunities sit within a large-scale, global financial platform and offer the chance to lead teams, shape strategy, strengthen control environments, and drive operational and digital transformation. Functional areas include: Client Operations | Onboarding & Enablement | Investor Reporting | Corporate Actions | Data Governance | Risk & Compliance | AML | Billing | Settlements | Business Transformation What You’ll Be Doing • Leading multi-layered teams and/or managers within complex, high-volume operational environments, • Acting as a senior escalation point for clients, stakeholders, and regulators, • Owning and enhancing risk & control frameworks (1LOD), ensuring audit and regulatory readiness, • Driving process improvement, automation, and AI-enabled transformation initiatives, • Strengthening governance, oversight, and compliance frameworks (FCA, CASS, AML, MiFID, EMIR as relevant), • Partnering across Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Client teams, • Delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, control, and client experience, • Influencing functional and enterprise-wide strategy What We’re Looking For • Proven leadership experience at VP or SVP level within financial services OR a transferable regulated environment, • Experience operating in highly regulated environments (e.g. FCA, AML, CASS, MiFID, EMIR or equivalent), • Strong expertise in one or more areas: operations, onboarding, AML, data, reporting, settlements, tax, or risk, • Demonstrated ownership of risk, controls, and governance frameworks with accountability for outcomes, • Experience working in large, global, high-volume or multi-entity environments, • Exposure to operational platforms, data systems, or digital tooling, • Track record of delivering change, transformation, or continuous improvement initiatives, • Ability to balance risk, cost, and client outcomes to deliver commercial value, • Strong stakeholder engagement across senior leadership and cross-functional teams ✅ We are open on sector background where there are clear transferable skills (e.g. other regulated industries, complex operations, or large-scale service environments) Additional Experience (Desirable) • Background in custody, clearing, asset servicing, or wealth platforms, • Experience with client asset protection (CASS) or safeguarding frameworks, • Delivery of automation, digital transformation, or AI-driven initiatives, • Leading within matrixed, global organisations Eligibility (Important) ❗ Applicants must have full, unrestricted right to work in the UK ❗ We are unable to offer visa sponsorship now or in the future Why Join? • Join a globally recognised financial institution, • Play a key role in platform transformation, automation, and innovation, • Influence enterprise-wide strategy and decision-making, • Work in a collaborative, forward-thinking leadership environment How to Apply If you're a VP/SVP-level leader ready for your next move: 👉 Apply directly via LinkedIn 📧 Or email: 💬 Feel free to message me directly for a confidential discussion ⚠️ Please clearly state which functional area(s) are of most interest when applying (e.g. Operations, AML, CASS, Data, Settlements, Transformation)
