The Package • Basic salary: £43,000+ (based on 42.5-hour week), • OTE: £50,000 £60,000+ (readily achievable), • Paid travel time and overtime (paid monthly), • Company van, • Fuel card, • Mobile phone, • All major tools and equipment provided, • 22 days holiday + bank holidays (rising to 25 days with service), • Additional holiday bonus scheme (up to 6 extra days), • Pension scheme (employee 5%, employer 3%), • Ongoing training and development (including manufacturer training)Location & Travel, • Covering London, the M25 and Home Counties (approx. 80% of work), • Occasional travel further afield when required Key requirements: • Proven experience as a Service Engineer / Maintenance Engineer, • Strong background working with pump systems and associated controls, • Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills, • Ability to think analytically and solve problems effectively, • Confident communication skills with clients and colleagues, • Flexible approach, including occasional stay-away work and callout rota This is a varied, hands-on role involving service, maintenance, installation and commissioning of pump systems and associated mechanical and electrical equipment across commercial and industrial sites. Key responsibilities include: • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and remedial works, • Attending breakdowns, fault finding and carrying out repairs, • Mechanical and electrical installations (including pipework, valves, pumps and controls), • Commissioning of pump systems and associated equipment, • Managing parts and spares within your van stock, • Loading/unloading plant and equipment at site and depot when required, • Participating in a callout rota for out-of-hours support, • Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards at all times, • Heating and chiller pumps, • Booster sets and pressurisation units, • Wastewater and sewage pump systems, • Stormwater pumping stations, • Inverters, PLCs and control panels, • Electric motors, fans and air handling units, • Hospitals and healthcare facilities, • Data centres, • Commercial buildings and offices, • Schools and local authorities, • Hotels, retail and leisure sites, • Industrial and warehouse facilitiesAdditional Information, • Initial and ongoing training provided, • Clear progression opportunities within a growing business, • Structured interview process (Teams + face-to-face) JBRP1_UKTJ
