Observe safe working practices in carrying out the required duties and ensure that instructions specified by management are adhered to. Key Responsibilities 1. Maintain the professional image of CBRE at all times., 2. Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all CBRE employees and clients' representatives., 3. Ensure that Planned Preventative Grounds and Horticultural Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices. To clear litter, leaves and debris from around the site, and clean up spillages as required., 7. Using small road sweeper to clean road edges and general site, 8. Emptying of general waste, recycling and cigarette bins., 9. To ensure that gullies, drains etc. are kept free from debris, 10. To dispose of waste materials in a safe, hygienic manner ensuring that it is available for collection as required., 11. To undertake porterage tasks as required, deliveries etc., 12. To undertake handypersons duties as directed by management as outlined below: Painting - as required First line maintenance of fixtures and fittings, examples: tightening screws on window hinges, maintenance on door handles, minor repairs as a temporary measure after break-ins, vandalism etc. 13. To maintain appropriate records for QHSE logbooks., 14. To assist and host where necessary, personnel visiting the site such as Contractors. 15. To comply with the requirements of Health and Safety, other relevant legislation and NMS policies., 16. Carry out any other reasonable duties within the overall function of the job.
