YOUR MISSION: • You will be part of a BIG MAMMA floor team!, • You will be the first person our guests meet at the beginning of their experience, and it is vital you give a warm, welcoming and professional first impression., • You will be greeting and seating our guests, allocating tables and accommodating walk-ins., • You will master our bookings system, Sevenrooms, and ensure every booking and enquiry is managed., • You will be a good problem solver, responding appropriately when bookings don't always go to plan., • You will respect health and safety standards and maintain cleanliness and organisation across the floor., • You will spread magic and make our customers live the best moment of their day!, • You will embody Big Mamma values: have a warm, smiling, professional attitude towards the customers, help your colleagues during service and demonstrate a "problem solver" attitude.
