You'll work closely with the Directors, supporting them with diary management, meetings and day-to-day priorities, while also taking ownership of many of the operational functions that keep the business running smoothly. \n \n No two days are the same. One day you might be coordinating interviews, managing our social media or producing company reports, and the next you'll be organising an event, supporting a recruiter on a key hire or helping improve one of our internal processes. \n \n We're open-minded about experience. You may already have experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Operations Coordinator or Office Manager, or you could be a bright graduate or someone at the start of their career with exceptional organisational skills, strong computer literacy and a genuine desire to learn.
