What You’ll Do: - Supervise and support housekeeping team members to maintain top-quality cleanliness in rooms and public areas. - Conduct room inspections to ensure cleanliness and quality standards. - Coordinate daily housekeeping operations including room assignments and shift handovers. - Communicate effectively with other departments (Front Desk, Engineering, Laundry). - Assist with training, coaching, scheduling, and performance feedback for team members. - Cover Person on Duty shifts as needed. - Maintain compliance with health, safety, and security procedures.
