This is a full time role, working 5 days out of 7 in a varierty of shift patterns beginning as early as 6am and finishing as late as 10.30pm. Weekend work is a requirement of this role. About the Role As our Reformer Pilates Specialist, you will take the lead in delivering empowering, high-quality classes building a loyal following and educating guests on the long-term benefits of Pilates. Alongside your Reformer expertise, you will work as a general Fitness Instructor during non-class times, ensuring the smooth running of the gym floor, supporting guests with personalised fitness advice, and upholding the exceptional standards One Spa is known for. You will be part of a warm, dedicated and passionate team committed to creating uplifting experiences for every member and guest. What You'll Do: Reformer Pilates & Classes Deliver high-quality Reformer Pilates sessions with a coaching-led approach in line with Technogym standards. Support with virtual class content and scheduling. Educate guests on Pilates, posture, movement and long-term wellbeing. General Fitness Responsibilities Provide personalised fitness assessments and updated training programmes for guests and members taking full advantage of our AI Check Up system. Maintain a safe fitness environment in line with our brand standards. Offer professional guidance, motivation, and support on the gym floor. Ensure safe use of equipment and uphold technical excellence in all exercise techniques. Operational & Team Contribution Support the Fitness & Membership Manager in day-to-day operations. Requirements We are looking for someone who is ready to take the next step in their career. Ideally the successful candidate will have experience within a 5 star environment. Previous supervisory experience would be preferred but not essential. Must possess basic computational ability. Knowledge of hotel policy and fire-safety procedures. 2 years' experience within Restaurant Service Great Customer Service Skills - Must enjoy guest interaction and be able to anticipate guest needs and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times. Must be able to maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests. Must be a Team Player - Demonstrate experience of building positive working relationships and promoting team spirit.
