Placed by Leon has partnered with one of the world's most respected luxury watch brands on an exciting Senior Sales Associate opportunity based at their London flagship boutique in Mayfair. This role suits someone who thrives on building meaningful, long-term client relationships, thinks creatively about client development, and moves with confidence in a high-end, appointment-led retail environment. You’ll work closely with top-tier and VIP clients, hosting private appointments and acting as a true brand ambassador and trusted advisor. The package is seriously attractive, with a basic salary up to £50,000, individual and pooled commission, plus a generous annual bonus. Responsibilities • Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience at every touchpoint, • Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with VIP and high-net-worth clients, • Host private appointments, viewings, and bespoke client experiences, • Meet and exceed individual sales targets through thoughtful, relationship-led selling, • Act as a brand ambassador inside and outside of the boutique, • Use CRM tools to manage client relationships, follow-ups, and prospecting, • Maintain impeccable boutique standards and support day-to-day operations, • Collaborate closely with boutique leadership and the wider team Experience & Competencies • Proven experience in luxury retail, ideally watches, jewellery, fashion, or a similar high-end environment, • Strong background in consultative, relationship-driven sales, • Confident working with discerning, top-tier clientele, • Polished, professional, and personable communication style, • Commercially aware, target-driven, and detail-oriented, • Comfortable representing a luxury brand at the highest level
