THE POSITION We are seeking an experienced and dynamic ILD Medical Educator Team Manager to lead and develop a national team of Medical Educators (MEs). This role is pivotal in implementing ILD Franchise objectives and ensuring the delivery of high-quality medical education that drives sustainable improvements in clinical practice and patient care. Reporting to the Head of Key Accounts UKIE ILD, you will align ME objectives with cross-functional strategies and foster collaboration across teams. This is a 2-year contract. Candidates may be based nationally, associated travel is required for field coaching.
