IFA Co-Ordinator (Administrator) \n Location: Nottingham - Hybrid \n Salary: up to £32,000 (Experience dependant) \n Hours: 35 hours per week, with flexibility to meet client and business needs \n Contract: Permanent, Full-Time \n NJR Recruitment is currently working with a highly respected, nationwide independent financial planning firm to recruit a IFA Administrator (Co-ordinator) \n This is an integral role within the business, providing essential support to Financial Planners and delivering an excellent, client-centric service. The successful candidate will join a busy and collaborative team where accuracy, communication, and the ability to work to agreed timescales are key. \n You will ideally have industry related experience of working within a similar role to be considered, \n About the Role \n As a IFA Administrator (Co-Ordinator), you will work closely with Financial Planners, Paraplanners and other key stakeholders to support the delivery of high-quality financial planning and advice services. \n You will be responsible for a varied workload, supporting clients directly while also ensuring the Financial Planners have everything they need to deliver an exceptional client experience. \n What's on Offer? \n\n • Salary up to £32,000\n, • 35-hour working week with flexibility\n, • Hybrid working\n, • 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays\n, • Private Medical Insurance\n, • Life Assurance\n, • Pension\n, • Income Replacement\n\n Key Responsibilities \n\n • Supporting clients and Financial Planners via telephone, email and video\n, • Handling client enquiries and liaising with providers\n, • Promoting the Personal Financial Portal and processing referrals\n, • Booking appointments and managing Financial Planner diaries\n, • Preparing complex meeting packs and supporting Financial Planners with client meeting preparation\n, • Submitting instructions to platforms and providers\n, • Working closely with Financial Planners on all aspects of their day-to-day client work\n, • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the office when required\n, • Opening, scanning and distributing incoming mail\n, • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records, back-office systems and shared folders\n, • Contacting new and existing clients to obtain information on behalf of Financial Planners\n, • Working closely with Paraplanners and other stakeholders to support clients and the delivery of financial planning services\n, • Providing general administration and coordination support as required\n\n About You \n The successful candidate will ideally have: \n\n • Previous experience in a Financial Planning support or administration role within financial services\n, • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint\n, • Knowledge of Intelligent Office (IO)\n, • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail\n, • Good numeracy skills\n, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\n, • The ability to manage a varied workload and work effectively as part of a team\n, • The ability to work to tight deadlines with minimal supervision\n, • A proactive, adaptable and client-focused approach\n\n If you're an experienced Financial Services Administrator or Client Services professional looking for a varied role within a collaborative financial planning environment, we'd love to hear from you. \n Apply today via NJR Recruitment or call quoting the reference NJR16995 \n Please note: Due to a high volume of applications, if your CV does not reflect the essential requirements, or you answer ‘no’ to key screening questions, we may not be able to contact you.
