Key responsibilities include: • Creating engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS Framework, • Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities that support children's development, • Supporting children's individual learning journeys and celebrating their achievements, • Building positive relationships with parents and carers, • Completing observations, assessments, and developmental records, • Promoting children's wellbeing, safeguarding, and emotional development, • Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality childcare and education, • Maintaining excellent standards of safety, cleanliness, and organisation throughout the nursery About You To be successful in this role, you will have: • A Level 3 Early Years Childcare qualification (or equivalent), • Previous experience within an Ofsted-registered nursery setting, • Strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework and child development, • A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach, • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, • A genuine passion for supporting children to reach their full potential, • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare Desirable Qualifications and Experience • Paediatric First Aid qualification, • Safeguarding training, • Experience supporting children with additional needs, • Food Hygiene certification Apply Today - Or email your most up-to-date CV to -
