Bid Manager – Cyber Security Consultancy Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for winning bids and driving business growth? I am looking for an experienced Bid Manager to lead my clients tendering efforts across public and private sectors. This is a full-time, remote with some office travel, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-growing cybersecurity consultancy. Key Responsibilities • Own the full bid lifecycle: from identifying opportunities to submission, negotiation, and contract finalisation., • Proactively source and qualify tender opportunities aligned with our growth strategy., • Manage relationships with procurement portals and frameworks (e.g., G-Cloud, CCS)., • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposals are accurate, competitive, and customer-focused., • Craft compelling, high-quality proposals that clearly communicate our value proposition., • Maintain compliance across procurement platforms and frameworks., • Ensure internal bid governance is followed., • Monitor and report on bid performance to support continuous improvement. Core Requirements • APMP Certification, • Proven success in senior bid management or sales leadership roles within IT services; cybersecurity experience is a strong advantage., • Ability to develop and execute winning bid strategies in a fast-paced environment., • Experience managing bid pipelines and reporting to senior stakeholders., • Knowledge of cybersecurity services (e.g., Pen Testing, Risk Management, MSSP solutions) is highly desirable., • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills., • Proficiency in CRM and bid management tools.
