We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming and supportive nursery, where you'll play an important role in supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing through engaging, nurturing, and age-appropriate activities. • Provide high-quality care and support to children, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and individual needs are met at all times., • Plan and support engaging, stimulating, and age-appropriate activities that promote children's learning and development., • Support children's development across key areas including communication and language, physical development, personal, social and emotional development, literacy, and numeracy., • Encourage children to develop their confidence, independence, social skills, and positive relationships with others., • Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment where children feel safe, valued, and supported., • Observe and assess children's development, maintaining accurate records and contributing to their individual learning journeys., • Support the delivery of activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework., • Adapt activities and approaches to meet the individual needs, interests, and abilities of each child., • Promote positive behaviour using calm, consistent, and age-appropriate strategies., • Build positive and professional relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues., • A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development., • Good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework., • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills., • A warm, caring, patient, and nurturing approach., • The ability to build positive and trusting relationships with children., • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and use your own initiative., • A good understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures., • A current Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one., • Full-time opportunity within a welcoming and inclusive school., • A rewarding role supporting pupils' educational experience., • Access to training and professional development opportunities., • Refer a Friend scheme - earn up to £150 collectively. #J-18808-Ljbffr
