Head of HSSE Staff permanent position. This is a crucial role within a North Sea operator business. Aberdeen based with hybrid working. Lead and drive accountability of Safety culture at all levels of the business, setting the standard of continuous improvement in HSSE performance. Responsible for providing HSSE direction, support and guidance to the business and managing HSE managers and UK team. Accountable for identifying, implementing and leading initiatives, processes and procedures that deliver overall HSSE culture, strategy and business objectives. Providing management and staff with support, expertise, direction and guidance to permit the delivery of HSSE Standards and business objectives.
