Human Resources Officer - Redruth - circa £35,000 Well Placed HR are delighted to have been exclusively re-engaged by a past client, a high-performing business operating in the engineering sector, to assist in their search for a HR Officer. Joining their people management function, this position is offered as a permanent and full-time role (although a 4-day week can also be discussed), to be based at the company headquarters located on the outskirts of Redruth. Working closely alongside a friendly and experienced HR Manager (also introduced by Well Placed HR), the successful candidate can expect a varied and interesting role, which would be perfectly suited to an ambitious HR professional seeking to broaden their experience and range of responsibilities. Key duties to include: • Support the HR Manager in all aspects of the company’s people management function, • Ensure accurate a comprehensive employee record keeping, • Assist and co-ordinate recruitment and onboarding initiatives, • Act as a first point of contact for HR queries, • Draft a range of HR documentation, • Support the maintenance of internal HR systems, • Assist in collating payroll data, • Assist in developing employee engagement initiatives, • Support a range of ongoing people management focussed projects, • Ensure HRM practices are in line with company policy and current legislation Fo...
