The Opportunity Seeking ambitious, driven graduates to join as Graduate Resourcers in a 180-style role, initially supporting existing mandates across high-demand verticals. You'll work closely under the guidance of a high-performing team lead, in an environment where high standards, long hours, and tangible results are part of the DNA. Key Responsibilities • Source, screen, and engage candidates for live roles, • Work on active job briefs with speed and accuracy, • Support consultants and BD staff in fulfilling client needs, • Contribute to a high-energy, performance-driven team culture Progression Path • First 6 months: Focus on delivery/resourcing (180 role), • Post-6 months: Choose your path:, • Continue within the Data Centres vertical, • Progress into a 360 Recruitment/BD Consultant role, • Long-term growth may include leadership, equity.
