Your role is vital in ensuring fresh produce is delivered accurately, on time, and in excellent condition to our customers. Key Responsibilities • Load, secure, and transport fresh produce from distribution points to customer locations., • Complete deliveries efficiently between 1:00 AM and 9:00 AM, adhering to assigned routes and schedules., • Ensure all orders are delivered accurately, in full, and in good condition., • Conduct daily vehicle safety checks and report any maintenance issues promptly., • Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including proof of delivery and discrepancy reports., • Follow food safety, hygiene, and cold-chain handling procedures at all times., • Communicate clearly with operations staff regarding delays, issues, or delivery updates., • Represent the company professionally with customers and partners. Requirements & Qualifications • Valid driver’s licence appropriate for the vehicle type., • Proven experience as a delivery driver, preferably in food, produce, or logistics., • Ability to work consistently in early-morning hours starting at 1:00 AM., • Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and move produce crates as required., • Strong time management and route-planning skills., • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented., • Understanding of basic food safety and handling standards (preferred). Part time delivery driver. Two days per week regular and occasionally five days per week. Less than 20 drops per day. All work in London and vehicle pick up point in Ilford. Clean Full UK Licence for more than five years. Age over 25 years. Right to work in UK Mercedes Vito panel van provided with full insurance. No additional expense by the driver.
