This is a client-facing role combining front of house, membership sales, customer service and café/barista duties. We’re looking for someone confident, professional, commercially minded and genuinely good with people. You’ll be responsible for creating a premium client experience while supporting membership sales and ensuring the studio runs smoothly during your shifts. Key responsibilities include: • Welcoming and checking in clients, • Membership and package sales, • Following up with enquiries and potential members, • Managing bookings and client queries, • Preparing coffees, matcha and other café drinks, • Processing payments, • Maintaining reception and café standards, • Completing closing procedures, • Supporting stock management, • Handling client concerns professionally, • Taking ownership of the studio while on shift We’re looking for someone who is: • Confident and naturally strong with people, • Comfortable with sales and targets, • Reliable, proactive and organised, • Professional and well presented, • Comfortable working independently, • Experienced in customer service, sales, hospitality, fitness, wellness, beauty or premium retail Previous barista experience is desirable, but training can be provided.
