From £13.00 per hour + weekend enhancement + mileage allowance + travel contribution Flexible Bank / Part-Time Hours Available The Role: This role focuses mainly on companionship and wellbeing support for older adults and individuals who may feel isolated or require reassurance and practical support at home. Duties may include: • Providing companionship and emotional support, • Supporting with shopping and errands, • Assisting with meal preparation and hydration, • Accompanying individuals to appointments or outings, • Providing wellbeing and reassurance visits, • Supporting social engagement and independence, • Light domestic support, • Maintaining accurate visit records, • Reporting concerns or changes in wellbeing, • Following safeguarding, confidentiality and Company procedures At this stage, the role does not involve personal care. We provide full and part time placements in a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment. Our nursery is committed to fostering the development of children through engaging activities, encouraging a love for learning and supporting their social and emotional growth. Located in Tooting, we prioritise collaboration with parents and caregivers to best support each child's unique needs. We cater for children aged 1-5 years. We are open Monday -Friday 7am - 6pm. An 8 hour shift is worked within these hours which includes a 1 hour break. We are looking for reliable, nurturing, enthusiastic Childcare Practitioners Level 2 or 3 to work for us full time or 2/3 days a week. Starting salary; £27727 pa + 3% pension contribution. Level 2 (pro rata if part time) Starting salary; £28339 pa + 3% pension contribution. Level 3 (pro rata if part time) Annual leave; 22 days + 8 Bank holidays (Pro rata if part time), when the nursery is closed. We also close for 2 days a year for staff training.
